The Bolton Group was started in 1993 as a group of recruiters, some engineers-turned recruiters, with the idea of searching and supplying high-quality candidates for the technical world of the telecommunications industry. As the company grew, Sherry Junker branched off and took the name Bolton Group with her.

Sherry's background is in accounting and working with employee-related issues for private companies and government entities. She started her career in recruiting by working in the accounting department for a technical search firm. As the company grew and had more and more needs for recruiters, she left behind the her accounting duties, and took on the challenge of finding just the right candidates for difficult and sometimes hard-to-find telecommunication job requisitions.

Now heading up The Bolton Group, she still is taking on the challenge of finding just the right candidate for telecommunication job requisitions and finding just the right job for candidates looking for new opportunities.
